These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the R M Gold website (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing our catalog or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

This website is a catalogue. We do not process payments or take orders through it. Tapping “Enquire on WhatsApp” opens a draft message on your own device — nothing is ordered or reserved until you send it and we confirm availability and price in the conversation that follows.

Gold is priced by weight against the prevailing market rate, which changes daily. Where a price on this site is marked indicative, it has been calculated from the rate shown alongside it on the date shown, plus making charges and GST. It is an estimate, not a quotation, and the rate on the day you buy will govern. Pieces marked “Price on request” are quoted individually.

Product images and descriptions are provided for reference. Colour and finish may vary slightly from photographs due to screen settings and lighting. Final price, weight and availability are confirmed before any sale.

Pieces described as BIS Hallmarked carry a hallmark applied by a BIS-recognised assaying and hallmarking centre. Where a HUID is listed on a product page it corresponds to that specific piece. If a piece is not marked as hallmarked on this site, do not assume that it is — ask us.

Purchases are ordinarily collected from our showroom at the address below. Where delivery is arranged, terms and any charges are agreed in the conversation before the sale is confirmed.
